The first automobile show in the world was held in Paris in 1898 in the Tuilleries Gardens. Merely a handful of the innovative "automobiles" were exhibited at the outside location. To prove the strength of this new type of transportation, exhibitors have to drive their automobiles from Versailles to Paris.
Chicago Auto Show is one of the most anticipated events of the year in the field of car manufacturing. It is held annually in February at McCormick Place convention complex of Chicago. With nearly 1000 vehicles on display at 1,300,000 sq ft, Chicago Auto Show is the largest auto show in North America as well as the third largest in the world.
The Geneva Motor Show is an annual auto show held in the Swiss city of Geneva. The show is hosted at a convention center called, Geneva Palexpo, located near Geneva Cointrin International Airport.
